ZetaChain claims to be the first public blockchain for multichain interoperability without using bridges or other solutions to interact with different networks. ZetaChain brings all of the action to one omnichain platform while using the proof-of-stake consensus system for maximum efficiency.
Founded back in February of 2022, ZetaChain seeks to become the native provider of cross-chain smart contracts. One of the problems hindering the mass adoption of blockchains is that the networks often don’t communicate with each other well, it makes a fragmented world where projects and apps on a certain network like Ethereum can’t communicate with those on Solana or Avalanche making it hard for both the customers and the providers to do business.
To solve this there has to be a multichain future for blockchain to connect all of the networks together and allow for easier utilization of all the blockchains. However, the majority of the current solutions are complicated, slow, and add security risks.
This is where ZetaChain has stepped in, the goal of this project is to create the first public multichain smart contract platform to make connecting to dApps and networks across blockchain and adopting other platforms easier than before. It’s also one of the fastest blockchains on the market with less than 5 second transaction times.
ZetaChain is making it possible to manage assets on multiple blockchains on one single smart contract on a single blockchain. A technology that is a must going forward.
